From there I develop a clear brief defining messaging, visual direction and functional requirements. Next comes design (with interactive or visual prototypes to test ideas). Once we agree on the design, I move into development using the chosen platform, integrate any systems needed (funnels, automations, memberships) then carry out thorough testing across devices and browsers. Finally we launch and transition into a support phase where we monitor performance, gather feedback and make optimisations.
